Description
This Continuous Tabletop Band Sealer is suitable for small to medium sized bags and encompasses an electronic constant temperature control system for sealing, together with a speed adjustable conveyor belt. It can seal plastic films of various materials, such as PE, PP, Aluminum foil and paper. Not only is this band sealer compact but is also fixed with a date/ batch number embossing system, allowing you to imprint up to 15 letters on the seal area. This band sealer has the added option to be used vertically or horizontally, depending on your sealing requirements. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including a cool down function. Both the conveyor and seal head are adjustable giving total flexibility to seal various pouch types and sizes. The sealing speed can be varied to suit the application, and the conveyor will handle weights up to 5kg, closing with a 15mm seal
